I am offering fun, personalised and engaging English Language (EAL/EFL) classes, individually designed to fulfil your child's needs. I thoroughly enjoy tutoring as I am a creative, high achieving young adult with a love for education and a desire to help children reach their full potential, so my approach will be to make lessons enjoyable, interactive and full of quality learning time through a range of skill-practice tasks, games and clear, interesting demonstrations.

World Challenge Expedition, Nicaragua/Costa Rica - July 2015 - Aug 2015
I took part in a one-month expedition with a team of young people in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. We did maintenance work on a rural school’s canteen, completed various treks up volcanos and in rainforests. I also organised food, transportation and accommodation for the team using a limited budget. During this time, I developed strong leadership skills and the expedition inspired my love for travel, the outdoors and exploring other cultures.
Travelling – July 2015 onwards
As well as my work experience abroad, I have travelled by myself or in small groups around parts of Europe, Asia, South America and the Pacific Islands which has developed my independence and my passion for learning about other countries as well as increasing my awareness of differences between cultures.
Emma was my colleague at an international school in Barcelona - I would recommend her 100% as a tutor and teacher for English as a foreign language. She consistently puts a lot of effort and time into her work and creates imaginative and creative lesson plans for her students. Emma is a kind, patient and caring teacher and I am confident in her ability to teach English to pupils of all ages - from very young children to adults.
I worked with Emma at a school in South Korea, where she showed her ability to be a fantastic teacher educator. She was always coming up with creative lesson ideas that inspired her pupils to engage and want to learn, making her the ideal tutor for someone wishing to learn English as an additional language. I would recommend her for her personable attitude, desire to impart knowledge and ability to take time to explain and assist with any student's requirements.
