I give lessons to students aged 14- 16 years old and under. I can teach at primary, secondary and GCSE level in French, English, Math and Science.
I teach by making the classroom interactive as possible engaging the pupil and encouraging them to be open-minded. I am very direct and include plenty of illustrations to explain my point if needed. I would begin with easy questions and continue to more difficult typed questions.
My characteristics are that I am very reliable, patient and caring. One of my many talents are motivation, I believe I have what it takes to motivate a child to do their best and achieve to the their greatest potential.
I have teaching experience in Indonesia for six weeks for children aged nine years old. The lessons were three hours per day. There were thirty pupils in the class. The children can now pronounce and spell animals, vegetables and colours.
I have taught English in Indonesia to nine-year-olds. I made interactive games to help engage the children in getting further in education. I have been doing animal impressions, matching pairs, interactive games and engaging in word searches and crosswords. My most recent experience is tutoring to students using a virtual whiteboard which have excellent tools for encouragement. I have supervised children at the British International School Riyadh for reading books and end of term exams. During my gap year I took a TEFL course in the English language and gained plenty of experience in a classroom. My personality is responsible, kind and hard working.
