University Teaching :
The best way to learn a new language is to immerse yourself in the people and culture of that country. For language learners in full time education, I offer trips with our partner University in both the UK and La Paz- Bolivia. To give my student a truly unforgettable experience, I ensure that they will take in the local culture through excursions as well as take part in daily, high quality language classes. For my students in a Gap Year language learners, I offer training courses to the UK in standard English, teaching skills and business. We also travel to the La Paz- Bolivia with interchange trips and adventure holidays for language learners who want to improve their level of Spanish.
I am a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
I have spent 4 months in La Paz-Bolivia, which I used to care for my mother and having taken voluntary work in a school as a teaching assistant to keep myself active in the working environment.
I become a Spanish teacher since 2002, I have been teaching to support in Spanish literacy for students who require to show levels of literacy to progress on to their respective university courses.
During the interactive lessons, my students gain confidence in speaking,writing, listening, and reading for gain their goals.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Customer Service– Ample experience and exceptional skills in customer service, face to face and by telephone. I have frequently been given recognition for excellent customer service in my previous roles in the way of rewards for hitting sales and quality targets.
Teaching – Public speaking, time management, self motivation, inter-personal communication, experience as a language assistant in a children’s school.

Practical working use includes creating spreadsheets for stock control (Excel) during my Store Manager role, using word processors (Word) for sending letters, reporting of minutes and other promotional tasks. Knowledge of Excel extends to include production of tables, use of sum formulas, absolute cells and functions.
Microsoft Office – Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, used largely for university assignments whereas in employment, I have used Excel for stock taking duties, where I have had to create documents and spreadsheets with my own initiative.
Money services – Trained in pawn broking, assessing gold, loan offering, foreign exchange and money handling from recent role. Previous additional experience in money transfer processing from previous role.
