I have known Sioux for about 15 years, if not more. She has been my body pump, body combat and LBT instructor. Sioux is such an inspiration because she is always so enthusiastic, friendly, fun, energetic and knowledgable about fitness. I always leave her classes feeling like I’ve had a wonderful workout and achieved my best because she is fantastic at keeping the whole class motivated. What I like too is that she takes the time to get to know everybody and always ensures you are doing the right technique. Sioux is the most hard working person I’ve ever come across.
