Very experienced qualified teacher in Berkshire, able to teach English, Maths, functional skills and alternative curriculum

I try to be as creative as I can with my lessons, I believe that everyone can learn, it is more about how that learning takes place. I avoid using textbooks and worksheets as much as possible and try to tailor my lessons to the learners interests

I am a qualified teacher, originally working in the mainstream middle school system who moved in special and alternative education 10 years ago, I specialise in working with excluded and vulnerable young people of all ages, helping them to achieve and be successful
