Dear Sir/Madam:
Vicky has been teaching my three children piano for the past 3 years. My children range in age from 8 years to 15 years old. She has mainly been teaching the ABRSM syllabus to prepare them for their ABRSM exams. My children have passed the ABRSM Grade 5 Theory, an ABRSM Grade 5 Piano Practical and the ABRSM Grade 2 Piano Practical with Vicky.
Vicky is a capable person and can handle my sometimes-reluctant children during lessons. She is personable and relates well to different age groups. I feel that she sets reasonable expectations on practicing and progress for each child.
One of Vicky's strong points is her ability to adjust her teaching method to suit their different needs and age groups. She uses different tools to encourage my children to play their best.
To whom it may concern,
This is to confirm that Vicky Yuan-Labarre has been teaching my son to play the piano since January 2016. Vicky is accessible teacher who also takes teaching very seriously. She is the favourite teacher of my son, due to her clam and friendly nature. She has been very patient and assisted my son to pass his ABRSM prep test.
I assure you that Vicky will be great addition to your school.
