I keep it simple (because you're busy).
I take time to listen to your needs and difficulties.
I explain what you need clearly, quickly and simply (its hard to believe I'm an academic!)
I'm used to working with students from all over the world: I don't use complicated words or phrases.
I'm a social and organisational psychologist but in 30 years work I've done many jobs (managing hospitals, developing leaders, picking strawberries..!)
I've taught 1,000s of students from all over the world - because I love working with bright, talented people (like you).

David is an excellent tutor who’s always teaching with a smile. His experience in business and management, both as a practitioner and an academic, is invaluable.
His supportive approach, not only for his students but also for the fellow staff members, is unique. I am sure he is a great asset to any teaching team.
I was lucky to have David as my professor at the University of Nottingham during my graduate studies. David is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to have as a professor. I truly enjoyed going to his lectures as he cares about his students and made his class room sessions engaging. Whenever I didn’t fully understand a topic, David always went out of his way to make sure I fully grasped a topic and his office was always open.
David was my tutor and mentor during my Masters Degree in Coventry University. The basic Human Resource, Organisation Development and Organisational Behaviour subjects taught by him really helped me ignite my passion towards Human Resource and choose it as a career option. He has immense knowledge about Organisation Development and Organisational Behaviour. The unique way of presentation developed by him helped a lot of students in excelling in various Human Resource Role. It was a pleasure to have him as a mentor.
