My teaching method is fun and fully hands on. You will learn to prepare all the dishes from scratch and in an easy to follow process.
We will cook a variety of authentic, healthy and yummy Indian cuisines which can be prepared under 30 minutes (great for weekday meals and parties/social meals too).
All classes will include the Recipe pack and tips to get that perfect Chicken butter masala / Biryani or a perfect Roti.
At the end of the class:
* You'll be confident to use and balance spices in Indian cuisines.
* You will enjoy the lovely veg / non veg dishes and rice / Indian breads that you prepared from scratch.
* You'll have gained a life skill with lots of knowledge to make Indian dishes at home for yourself and your loved ones.
* You'll have learned the huge difference between authentic home cooked Indian dishes and curry takeaways!
