Methodology
My teaching methods are focused on the real-life examples and situations. I believe that it is a way to better understand the processes, equations, and formulas. Children being able to imagine, touch or see things are more likely to remember and understand and further develop the understanding.
Experience
I am very enthusiastic about mathematics, have graduated from Math focused high school and hold an Undergraduate degree from Warwick Business School. Additionally, I have an experience working with kids and am committed to development which is crucial for success in learning. I have demonstrated these qualities and skills in two roles. Firstly, during my high school, I taught mathematics to kids with learning disabilities and volunteered at the orphanage by playing games, helping teachers and doing sports activities. Secondly, having been a part of the University of British Columbia, Canada, University of Warwick and Molesey Boat Club rowing teams I have developed and demonstrated great teamwork and ability to create a good relationship with different people and teams. Thirdly, due to my Finance Internship background in Private Equity and Banking, I have used mathematics in various environments and believe that would show kids how great the subject is.
