The course is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy strategies with an emphasis on person centred planning.
Sessions last for 60 minutes and are delivered online via Skype.
I recommend weekly sessions to build on your understanding and application of the Mindfulness based strategies.

I have fourteen years experience working as an independent Mindfulness Practitioner and Complementary Therapist. I discovered Mindfulness and Meditation and just loved the simplicity of the strategies and the calm that meditation gave me. When a couple of my friends were going through a hard time, I told them what I knew and watched in amazement as they also changed their lives. I knew then that I had to get out there and teach this stuff. I could help so many people. I became a meditation teacher, gained Master level Mindfulness practitioner status and recently completed diplomas in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).(C.O.E. Dip.MBSR) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (O.A Dip.CBT)
I teach Mindfulness and Meditation workshops and run Meditation groups in Essex .

I attended a 6 week introductory course to mindfulness, meditation and yoga, the course changed the way I view things in life and I absolutely loved it and I am so pleased that I attended the course. Chris made me feel welcomed and the way she explained everything was excellent and she is a great teacher.
The meditation was marvellous, and Chris used different meditation techniques during the 6 week period and from being uncomfortable after 5 minutes of meditation, to meditating for at least 20 minutes was great feeling.
Chris encouraged me to try new things, and she made me feel confident and able about what I had achieved. She is knowledgeable and really good fun!
I had never done yoga before, however the movements were carefully explained and modelled, and I was surprised at how different I felt, more focused and I didn’t uncomfortable doing physical things in a room full of people. The course was wonderful and if you are thinking of doing a mindfulness, meditation and yoga course I would recommend Chris 1000%, Chris is great, thoughtful and kind!!!
