The course has been created based on evidence-based psychological theory, with an influence of Positive Psychology - as that is my specialist area. It is science-based and you can take as much of it as you want, at your own pace, however, I recommend weekly sessions to build on knowledge and gain momentum.
Sessions last for 60 minutes and are delivered online via Skype.

I am a positive psychologist with a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology as well as holding EMCC senior practitioner status from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
I recently (April 2018) gained an additional qualification in meditation and mindfulness teaching and I have created a 10-week mindfulness course.
The effects of practising mindfulness result in the following benefits:

And subsequently result in less anxiety, fear, distress, anger, guilt or other negative states of being which can largely affect your life.
If you would like to take the 10-week course the cost is £350 and I can teach it online to you one to one.
If you would like to take it week by week the cost is £70 per session.
