I tailor each session so they fit uniquely to the clients needs. This includes strength training, cardio, HIIT training and I try to include a short mindfulness exercise at the end of each session so my clients leave feeling calm and positive.
I have been personal training for over a year now and have taught a number of clients who I have helped reach their goals both physically and mentally. Whether thats building strength, losing fat, learning new habits to reach a healthier lifestyle or simply needing an outlet to let off some steam, I am here to help!
I have a 12 hour cancellation policy which means if you cancel within 12 hours of your lesson then you won't get your money back and we won't be able to reschedule.
