I specialise in Jazz Trumpet but I can also teach classical and beginner classes too.
Additionally jazz/music theory and improvisation for any instrumentalist is available.

BMus(Hons) in Jazz trumpet, Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
Performance Diploma ABRSM.
- How much do you charge?
I charge £30 per hour (£20 per half hour) plus any travel expenses.
- Where do you teach?
I teach from home (near to Liverpool St Station and Old St underground).
- When are you available?
I am flexible to teach at any time and on any day. Times can be sorted out with the student.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach students of all ages and from beginner level to advanced.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have taught trumpet & cornet privately for the past five years to an advanced level as well as beginner and intermediate students on other brass instruments (trumpet, cornet, french horn, tenor horn, trombone, euphonium and tuba).

Other than teaching my experience includes having performed in concerts and music festivals in the UK and abroad, and recorded for television/radio broadcast.
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
No but I do have experience of teaching students of all ages and working in schools.
- Where and with whom did you train?
I studied at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama with Nick Smart, Noel Langley, Steve Fishwick Martin Hathaway and Anne McAneney. I have taken part in masterclasses with Danilo Perez and John Patitucci.
