My training session is usually 60 minutes long, the content depends what the clients need. We have warm up, main exercise and cool down in each session. I am good at encourage my student to challenge theirselves and maintain a great passion throughout the session(this is so important to get a better result). Injuries prevention is always the priority in my training session, I have sports science background and professional athlete experience to teach my student how to prevent injury.
I have been coaching different types of students over 7 years before I came to the UK. I was a Aerobic gymnastics world champion, and became a bodybuilder since I retired. I have passionate to encourage people having a healthier lifestyle.
