Please note that, in my opinion, tutoring cannot substitute or replace the experience gained from joining a more traditional TKD group, but are an excellent and affordable way to see if Tae Kwon Do is for you.
It is with this philosophy in mind that I shape my lessons towards those with very little to no true experience in Tae Kwon Do, and who may be thinking of taking up the martial art.
Lessons can be taken in the comfort of your own home, where I will lay out exactly what you can expect from Tae Kwon Do, and show you the basics and fundamentals of the martial art, covering things from beginner floorwork (such as proper stances and form), beginner sparring techniques and top tips, handheld padwork to assist you in the beginner hand techniques and kicks as well as proper stretching techniques.
All with an aim to give you a considerable head start should you decide to seek out and start fully fledged Tae Kwon Do training.
I have been practising Tae Kwon Do since the age of 9, with a few breaks in between for studying.
Currently, I am a 2nd-degree black belt and have experience from my former TKD club in taking full classes of up to 20 people of all ages, as well as extensive experience in competitive TKD, having attended many tournaments up and down the UK, at varying levels, in my time of practice.
After the initial first free lesson, I offer further hourly lessons at a rate of £20, this includes the travel cost to reach you.
