15 years experience teaching GCSE and A-Level History and an A-Level examiner. Excellent BA honours degree in History from Queen Mary, University of London.

Methodology

As a GCSE or A-Level tutor, I would begin by getting to know you, your expectations, goals and learning style. My goal will be to check and develop your content knowledge and then apply this effectively to past paper examination questions. I will then provide specific feedback to help you improve your grade.

I have a variety of relevant examination and topic resources available and am open to acquiring further material upon request and tutoring outside the topics areas listed below. I am happy to acquire the resources required at no extra cost to you. I am also confident covering any of the Medieval History 400-1500 topics. I myself have an Upper Second BA honours degree in Medieval History from Queen Mary, University of London.

I am open to acquiring further material upon request and tutoring outside these topics areas. I am happy to acquire the resources required at no extra cost to you, I am also confident covering any of the Medieval History 400-1500 topics. I myself have an Upper Second BA honours degree in Medieval History from Queen Mary’s College, University of London.

Experience

I am an qualified and experienced UK classroom teacher. I have had the good fortune to work in both the private and state sectors.

I have experience tutoring one to one and group A-Level and GCSE sessions.

In addition to this, I have experience teaching the International Baccalaureate.

I have an excellent results record as a revision tutor and as a classroom teacher.

I also have experience marking OCR AS- Level examination papers.

I also am also available for key stage 3 students struggling to improve their level.

I am available Monday to Friday 9am-8pm UK and weekends upon request

I am an experienced UK classroom teacher. I have 15 years experience teaching A-Level and GCSE History as well as Humanities at KS3. I am familiar with online teaching tools and have a variety of GCSE and A- Level resources. I have subject leadership experience and have directed the establishment of the Sixth form History course at my previous school. I am up to date with the changes made by the examination boards since 2015. I have experience tutoring both A-Level and GCSE students outside the official school classroom.
