About Parul
I am a regular mother,daughter,wife who struggled with obesity through out her teenage years and eventually got PCOD and was on the verge of getting thyroid after my baby. But luckily I realised that my corporate job is giving me no good and I switched my career towards my passion which was Yog!
Now, that I am done with all my certifications and I am registered Yoga and Wellness Instructor I want to help everyone who wants to follow the same path.

Yog is for mind, body and soul!
It just does not merely comprise of only asans. I practise Hatha Yog, Ashtang Yog and have an in dept knowledge of the theory involved in Yog.
Your class will comprise of mantras, asans, pre-pranayam techniques, pranayams, mudras, bandhas, relaxations and much more.
For me the comfort, connection and safety of my client is of utmost priority.
