The yoga sessions are based on a method developed and improved in the heart of India since the old times for people like us, with rushy lifestyle, people who have to keep their normal routine and have the concentration, stretching and the correct mental state to deal with everything at the same time.
The sessions are focused in practicing meditation, balance, body and mind control throughout the poses sessions.
I believe the method when practiced with the correct mindset brings flexibility, power and will to the yogi or yogini (the one who practices yoga) to create whatever he wants to and brings all the calmness and peace necessary to overcome all the difficulties.
The sessions are mostly during 60 minutes, and we do meditate, practice asanas (poses), and then do some relaxation. All the steps have purpose to improve, not only the flexibility, but more than that, the strenght of the mind and spirit to deal with the daily struggles of life.
