About the lesson
I will tailor a lesson to the needs of the group of individual. I will focus on breath and movement through a series of warm up and Asana (postures) to build strength and flexibility. Each session will finish with a relaxation and meditation.

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher and specialise in working with beginners and those who have some experience of yoga. I employ techniques from Ashtanga yoga to improve strength, flexibility, confidence and the ability to relax. I practice Ashtanga yoga daily.
