My teaching style is focused on lovingly giving my students space to breath and re-center using asana, pranayama, and meditation. I promote relaxation while encouraging you in certain areas to achieve discipline within the body and mind.
I specialize in Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, which is a slow but challenging form of yoga where positions are held for a longer period of time. It is great for relaxation, flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness.
I will design classes based on your unique needs and intention.
I am positive my students will greatly enjoy and benefit of practicing yoga and meditation with me, whether it is outdoors, in the comfort of their home or studio or online through a laptop :)
I am a certified yoga instructor. Prior to my certification, I have practiced
yoga for over 10 years, with a range of different teachers and styles. I have
recently completed the 300 hour yoga teacher training in Kerala, India and the 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India.
I am eager to share my skills and knowledge with interested practitioners.
On a personal level, I am a sensitive and compassionate person. I have
travelled extensively and have a wide experience of living in different
countries and cultures, which has left me with excellent interpersonal skills and I believe, a healthy, balanced view on life.
I am a quiet, calm and confident person, and I believe I bring a positive
energy to the practice.
