I teach Ashtanga-inspired yoga utilising Iyengar-based alignment methods, making the asana practice accessible and beneficial to everyone. I also include breathing (or pranayama), as well as chanting, meditation and mudras. I also share the philosophy of yoga and how we can apply it to our everyday lives. I focus a lot on the subtle body and self enquiry in my teaching and aim to provide my students as many tools as possible to support them on their journey to their best lives.
I am a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, trained at the source in India. My teacher is from the Himalayan lineage of Swami Rama and is an authorised Ashtanga teacher trained in Mysore.
I share yoga that is accessible to everyone and I am passionate about empowering people to support their own emotional and mental wellbeing through all aspects of yoga.
