I have taught science for 23 years from 1992 until the present. Many of my students have needed to gain high grades in order to study Medicine and Veterinary Science and I am proud to say many of them have succeeded in their ambitions with my help. I am an examiner for A level/GCSE Chemistry and a coursework moderator for GCSE science.

I have a current DBS certificate with my college and one for a school I recently worked for.
- Do you belong to any professional organisations?
Formerly a member of ASE and RSC.
- Tell me about some of your current students.
I am currently tutoring a Y11 student who hopes to go on to study Veterinary Science and needs excellent grades. I am also tutoring a y13 student chemistry; who hopes to study chemistry at University. I recently helped a mature student do GCSE chemistry and physics in one year and we did the coursework on my kitchen table! This student studied a BTEC National in Animal Management and with her GCSEs she was successful in gaining a place at Nottingham University for Veterinary Science (foundation year), and as an update this student is now studying veterinary science full time. Three other students I tutored this past year were successful in gaining places at Medical School. Other students have places at University and should be on their way as I type this.
