About Adam
For the past few years I have helped professionals to deliver impactful, dynamic presentations and improve their interpersonal skills when interviewing. More recently I have led bespoke workshops for AWS (Amazon) - teaching Enterprise Account Managers how to engage with their customers more effectively, building trust and fielding difficult questions. I also run in-depth interview workshops for leading Executive Search companies - helping candidates succeed in high-pressured interviews. Additionally, for the past few years, I have worked regularly with medical professionals using role-play and Forum Theatre to improve bedside manner, negotiate difficult situations and get the most out of consultations. My experience in these areas has given me invaluable insight into the challenges people face in real life situations in the workplace and interview room. From a personal point of view: as an actor with over seven years’ experience performing in the UK's leading theatres, I know how to stand up in front of people and deliver with clarity, honesty and integrity. Through countless auditions, I have been forced out of my comfort zone and had to overcome some very nerve-racking situations. We all get nervous and can be overwhelmed by the pressure of a situation, it is a natural, human response! I am incredibly passionate about providing others with the tools to help them manage this pressure - and turn it into something positive!

For pitches and presentations: I will listen to your pitch or presentation and offer critical feedback on delivery. I will then workshop this feedback with you, offering tools for overcoming any obstacles. We will work an array of techniques tailored to your needs including: opening up body language, utilising eye-contact, connecting with breath, improving articulation and anything else that might crop up. For interview technique: We will start by discussing the role and the potential challenges you may face in the interview. We will then role-play an interview situation in order to give you pressure-free practice. I will offer critical feedback along with tools for improvement. You will learn how to nail difficult questions, overcome nerves and present the best version of yourself to prospective employers!
