About Aditya
I’m Aditya Shiji Kumar, an undergraduate student of Chemistry at Imperial College London with a great passion to share my love and knowledge of Maths and Science to those around me.
I am someone who believes that nothing can hold you back provided you're willing to work hard. I have used this mindset in my academic endeavours and I went from being a hardworking student at a state-school to competing at a national level in various Chemistry Olympiads whilst studying at the top STEM college in the UK, proving myself to be one of the best chemistry students in the country.
Specifically, I achieved 8 Grade 9s, 2 Grade 8s and 1 Grade 7 at GCSE and A*A*AA at A-Level in Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Further Maths respectively.
I also ranked within the TOP 20 students out of OVER 10000 ENTRIES in the UK in C3L6 2023 (a lower-sixth chemistry competition held by St Catharine’s College, Cambridge), JOINT 4th out of NEARLY 15000 ENTRIES in the UK in Round 1 of the UK Chemistry Olympiad 2024 and within the TOP 12 students in Round 2 of the UK Chemistry Olympiad 2024.
I enjoy sharing my love and knowledge of Maths and Science to those around me, so much so that I used to teach my fellow peers about undergrad organic chemistry whilst I was at college... all for fun!
I hope to push the horizons of all my students and to help them realise the true potential within them! :)
