About Susan
Hi, I'm Susan, hopefully your future tutor for Chinese language!
I majored in Chinese language and literacy in my uni years and I absolutely love teaching! I'm currently teaching English to first year primary school students in China and it's been nothing but fulfilling and fun! I look forward to introducing you my culture and customs, as well as using and mastering the Chinese language.
I would love to be the one by your side when you take on the Chinese learning journey, or simply just wish to explore what's out there on this vast and mysterious land of China!
As learning any language, an immersive learning environment is crucial. I love to give my students all the opportunities there are to express themselves in Chinese with confidence. You will feel free to do so as your language learning will be the focus of the lesson, and you will be supported throughout our learning journey!
I will be using the most authentic learning materials in class and share with you afterwards if needed. You can email me anytime you have a question when practicing or you simply just want to learn more outside the lesson!

I majored in Chinese language and literacy in my uni years and now I'm excited to guide students on their own Chinese learning journey by introducing the Chinese culture and tailoring the lessons to student's individual needs, as I believe, you learn the language, you learn its culture. I provide online Chinese lessons to absolute beginners to advanced learners, and all ages are welcome!
I believe an immersive learning environment is the key to language learning. So, my students will feel free, relaxed and happy in learning and expressing themselves in Chinese throughout the lesson.
My students are the focus in my teaching, and I welcome any constructive feedback to discuss with my students and apply the outcomes in my lessons for all possible improvement. I enjoy an interactive learning dynamic and aim to guide and facilitate my students to the best of my ability!
All lessons will be conducted online and students can get fluent in Chinese language from the comfort of their own home.
