About Matthew
I trained for 3 years at Westminster Kingsway College on the Professional Chef Diploma before going on to join the buying team at Fortnum & Mason. I genuinely believe there is so much joy and excitement to be found in food and I want to help people to find it by showing them how to do the things they want to do in the kitchen.
