About Brad
My name is Brad, and I am a fully qualified and registered English boxing coach. I have helped many individuals transform their lives through boxing, and I am excited to start the same journey with you.
My experience as both a coach and a fighter has taught me a lot about fitness and different body types / workouts, so whatever your goal is, I can provide some insights to help you get there.
