I like to make my sessions fun and participative at all times.
Taking as much time to use the materials and being as creative as possible.
Painting should be fun and enjoyable and I encourage students to not compare their efforts with others, but to see their work as something personal to themselves.
I love to share the techniques and skills I have acquired over the years and enjoy seeing students find that they can do what they at first thought was not possible.
I have been working in the Fine Art, Graphics and Video field for many years as a provider of artwork for greetings cards, murals, commissioned art, Advertising and tutoring.
I deliver sessions to groups of all ages, from school children to the retired.
Large groups and individuals.
Recently, I have worked with a group of retired and injured military veterans, a group living in sheltered accommodation as well as individuals within their homes.
I like to attend clubs and give demonstrations on various aspects of drawing and painting as well as whiteboard cartoon animation.
I also have a great deal of experience of working with groups from schools and those who have learning and physical disabilities.
For a number of years I tutored within the high security side of Prison Education using art as therapy to some who were hospitalised as well as those in solitary confinement.
I just enjoy art and being creative . . and I enjoy seeing others get something creative for themselves.
