About Jude
Hi, I'm Jude, a Cardiff-based artist and I work in a variety of media, including oils, watercolours, acrylics, and pastels. I have a deep passion for painting and love creating pieces that express my emotions and thoughts. An awful lot of blood, sweat and tears (by and large metaphorical), are shed in the process! My education and training in a traditional atelier setting has laid a solid foundation in all genres, from still life to portraiture, via landscapes, seascapes and abstract. I strive to develop my artistic style and techniques, through studio based work and plein air painting. Living in Wales, I am constantly inspired by the beautiful landscapes and rich culture that surrounds me, as does the rest of the UK, Cornwall is a favourite destination and features in my portfolio.
