I can tailor make my lessons to suit you either a topic such as bread making, vegan/veggie/raw, baking or a themed dinner,indian, chinese, Mexican, french etc to the very basics of how to prep veg and how to use a knife . fine dining, casual ladies lunch or a traditional family roast. I love food presentation as I think you eat with your eyes too. I can also prepare a basic, intermediate, advanced cookery course for you.

Sally Anne came and cooked for us a marvellous dinner for my partner and myself plus our 6 guests some two years ago for my 70th birthday celebration. It is clear that she is passionate about food and preparing stunning menus. We are excited to learn of Sally’s new on-line lessons and will shortly be booking a course so we can prepare super meals for ourselves as we socially distance over the festive season
Sally Anne is our neighbour and rewarded our helped with improving her cottage with some scrumptious food which we probably would'nt attemp ourselves, excellent innovative culinary advice and excellent choices of wine which we thoroughly enjoyed x

first lesson free, client to buy ingredients from a list which will be sent out prior to lessons with itinerary of dishes to be made, a time plan, ingredient list, method etc...every other lesson after that will be at a rate of £30 an hour. group lessons would be charged at £30 per hour per student. I will drive to a location of your choice to teach you one on one or as a group. I think its nice to eat what you cook so could also do a lunch or dinner party cook off where you prepare and plate the starter and I would save it to you all as a group and the same with main and puddings letting everyone know who cooked what and the best being awarded a culinary gift. makes a fun private or corporate event like team building etc.
