About Laura
I am a qualified teacher with 20 years experience of teaching GCSE Art and Design and Fine Art. Many of my students go on to do A Level, foundation and degree level courses in the visual Arts.
I am currently focusing on my own painting practice.

My teaching methods centre around giving the student confidence. I teach traditional observational drawing techniques, building from basic outlines to understanding light source and tone.
My passion is watercolour, I love how therapeutic the paint is to watch.
I am also very experienced in structuring sessions to meet the 4 GCSE assessment objectives in Art.
