About Camille
Hello! :) I am a student in Law and Applied Foreign Languages, currently undertaking my final year (Bachelor's). I am Franco-British (so I speak fluent English and French), and I was educated in an international school in Finland for most of my childhood (which means that English has always been the language that I use the most). My main goal here is to offer accessible English lessons to anyone, regardless of language proficiency, although I am open to teaching French to English speakers (as well as to any non-French speaking person ;) ). My method for teaching French is quite different than the one I've chosen to adopt for English-teaching purposes. If you're looking to improve your English, I tend to split up the workload in written tasks and spoken ones. Due to the abundance of language learning tools that can be found online, I have a slight preference for spoken tasks, as I wholeheartedly believe that's the best way for one to truly learn and master a new language. Said tasks can range from every-day conversations to more stimulating activities, such as debates. Sessions can also be tailoured to accommodate your professional or academic needs. I also offer help with written exercises, particularly spelling, vocabulary and grammar. These can be dictations or written papers on a specific topic (an exercise specialised legal English, for example).
I use a similar method for French-teaching purposes, although it differs slightly in that I focus solely on spoken French.
