About Tim
I have been teaching small groups and individual students for over 15 years here in the UK, in Spain and for one year in China. I lived in Madrid Spain for 5 years where I met my wife. I worked there as a conversational English teacher in a language academy, and since that I have taught conversational English for a year in China and I have tutored many individuals from diverse backgrounds here in the UK. I have a TESOL Qualification for teaching English and I have more recently completed a Spanish and Linguistics Degree. I live in Sheffield with my Spanish Speaking wife and our two children.
I have taught both English and Spanish, from young beginners to adults who wanted to learn Spanish for tourism and business and English to Adults needing support to improve their IELTS test scores.
I work best with students who know what they wish to achieve and are disciplined in their approach to meeting their goals.
