About Sharon
I am a passionate and creative individual who has always found interest in fashion and textiles as the industry is very diverse and ever-changing. I believe each and every part of the industry is vital for the beauty we see in textiles and fashion today, which is why I have the eagerness to share my knowledge with those who want to learn more about the subject and get the best grade they can. With my experience I believe I can do this as I have achieved the highest grades and I am currently volunteering as a teaching assistant in the textiles subject.

My lessons are tailored towards the needs and goals of each student by initially finding out the level of knowledge my student has, and then solidifying an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses through mini tests and simple questions. By working this way, I am able to help my students learn and apply their knowledge in the most effective way. My lessons are typically 1 - 2 hours long and are aimed at students in Year 10 and 11. I have currently earned a Distinction in a Level 3 fashion course and also working towards another Distinction in my 2nd year, previously also having a Grade 7 GCSE qualification in Textiles.
