I will discuss weaker points in my students' knowledge and abilities, creating tailored plans for them based on exam board and texts given to ensure the content being covered in my hour sessions will allow them to improve. I would like an honest summary of how they are doing in school and how they feel overall, with regular warm-up activities to ensure knowledge retention. Having helped students before within school due to mentoring arrangements, I have seen clear results and wish to extend this.
