I am proficient in teaching. I am very confident in teaching Tamil for Australian students. I categorize Tamil language learners in 3 different levels—beginners, intermediate, or advanced. Firstly, assessing whether the student is a beginner (no prior knowledge), intermediate (some understanding but needs improvement), or advanced (wants fluency). Moreover, identifying their goals—whether for conversation, writing, exams, or professional use. For beginners, I will start with Tamil alphabets, pronunciation, and basic words. Use simple sentences and daily conversations. For intermediate learners, I will focus on grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary expansion. Encourage reading short stories and practicing writing. For advanced learners, I will teach complex sentence formations, idioms, cultural references, and fluent conversation practice.
