My teaching method is very much geared towards the needs and capabilities of my student. I understand that each student learns in different ways and at different paces depending on age and experience, so I always make sure to tailor the lessons accordingly.
Although I have no professional experience I have been teaching languages in my own time for the past 15 years.
I was born in France to British parents and I have completed all my studies within the French education system. Having moved around various countries in Europe I have taught both friends and family French (both conversational and written). I have two children, one of whom is 8 years old and now fluent in French and a 3 year old who can fully understand the language.

I am a hard-working, enthusiastic individual who is looking for a new challenge in my working life. I am currently self-employed and working for marketing agency, however my main passion is and has always remained languages. I am very fortunate to have lived in many different countries throughout my life (Martinique, France, Andorra, Bulgaria and England) and this has given me the ability not only to learn languages fluently but also to share them with others. Many of my job roles have been customer service based which has taught me that a happy customer is one that is listened to, respected and overall comes away from the experience with a positive attitude. Much, if not all of this, I believe can be applied to teaching. From my own experience of teaching friends and family members I believe that the key to a productive student is having a mutual respect for each other and creating a positive environment in which you are able to meet their needs as best as possible. My extensive travel has enabled me to meet a variety of wonderful friends from all over the world, many of whom I have been happy to help learn English, French, Spanish and Bulgarian. I believe that languages are the most useful tool you could ever own. Now I want to do what I love professionally and teach languages fulltime.

Freelancer.com Freelance online translator
I worked as a freelance online translator and proof-reader for various individuals and companies. I mainly worked in French Spanish and English, translating pieces such as scripts, contracts, books and so on. This job enabled me to develop time management and self-discipline skills as all of the work was done in my own time and I was able to choose the work that I did. I learnt to have a great deal of self-motivation, something that I carry with me in the work I do today.
Perfect! I'm very happy to have Vincent as my six year old son's French teacher. Vincent is patient , kind and very professional. Young children can be quite challenging to teach, and I'm quite grateful that we find Vincent and my son is very happy with him.
