Business coaching is best suited to you if:

I have 27 years experience in learning and development, 22 years of those in business leadership positions, and 11 years experience in business coaching/mentoring. I am valued for my deep listening skills during coaching and facilitation, as well as my insight, ability to kickstart careers, and solution orientation. I have worked in 5 different industries and progressed my career to executive management level.
Coaching sessions are usually 60-90 minutes long, scheduled 3 weeks apart and a minimum of 6 sessions is recommended for effective learning. The first session will be to get to know one another and the presenting issue, the time in-between sessions will be used to practice and gain feedback on possible solutions, and the ongoing sessions will be used to adjust strategies and/or further develop the quality of thinking. Limiting assumptions will be uncovered and removed.
