Ed’s catering was outstanding when he agreed to provide food for my mother’s birthday gathering. The menu catered for vegan’s, vegetarians and carnivores alike. All the food was beautifully presented and everyone really enjoyed all the food, which had something for everyone whatever their preferences. I've had a few lessons with Eddie, and he's been a excellent tutor. He's always very well-prepared before each lesson, and when he’s teaching, he's passionate, articulate and patient. He's clearly good at cooking but more importantly he's excited about sharing his knowledge with his students.
