About James
Hi I am James,
I have worked on myself greatly over the past 6 years, during this time I overcame many barriers which, unknowingly to me, were holding me back in personal life and career.
I was very closed off person, and I struggled greatly in social situations without the use of alcohol. My habits were damaging and were taking away from me rather than benefiting my life. This led to battles with depression and feelings of hopelessness.
Through self help and learning to talk about issues I began to flourish in my confidence, and found passion in helping people around me who were in similar situations.
Now I wish to give back to the world by helping others to break out of a rut, to move on from unwanted habits, to get the most out of day to day life.

In these life coaching sessions, we will discuss what is holding you back in life, what it is that needs focus and attention in your life to bring out the best in you.
We will discuss what works for you and what doesn't, how you can implement new habits to achieve your goals to achieve a happier, healthier and more balanced life.
Things that we can focus on include: Motivation, Developing confidence in social situations, moving away from habits which don't serve you.
