About Sophie
I am a passionate and driven outstanding Science teacher committed to striving for excellence for all. I have 11 years experience and proven track record of improving understanding and results.
Science is more than just a core subject and area, it encompasses 3 very different but also interlinking Sciences; Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Within each Science there are countless subtopics which is often taught at pace in schools leaving little time for consolidation which can leave areas and topics being poorly understood. The building blocks of each Science subject and topic are paramount to success understanding, progression and success.
My tutoring sessions are for 30 minutes with the opportunity to book double slots back to back. 30 minutes allows the perfect time to consolidate challenging areas and to also learn new.
