About Freya
I am a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer. I trained in contemporary dance at London Contemporary Dance School, and have 2 years professional training in musical theatre and commercial at The Centre Performing Arts College.
I have 10 years experience teaching all ages from tots to older dancers.
I specialise in teaching: contemporary, modern, ballet, commercial, tap, musical theatre and jazz.

My sessions are entirely created around YOU; what you want to learn and how you want to learn.
Working from your current dance experience I will form sessions that educate and inspire you, enabling improvement in a positive environment!
Before your first session we will discuss the aim of your classes, be it building confidence, working on fitness, improving technique or just for fun! I am really passionate about dance and am keen to tailor every class to exactly what the student needs.
From here we will work out together a structure of class plan, building up week by week for you to achieve what you are hoping for.
In your sessions we can work on a huge variety of things including:
- Learning routines
- Working on technical exercises
- Creative exploration
- Dance style knowledge
- Improvisation.
I have lots of experience working with children, adults and people with disabilities of all ages so my approach is really open and responsive to the individual.

For travel further than 45 mins from my location a travel fee will be added.
I am really happy for sessions to be with multiple students.
For choreography/ corporate bookings an additional fee will be added please contact me for specific rates.
