I’m a guitar tutor with 10 years of experience, and I also perform and compose regularly. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Composition with a guitar emphasis, which shapes how I approach teaching and playing. My passion lies in acoustic fingerstyle and classical guitar performance, where intricate arrangements and subtle expression truly come alive. This method builds confidence and makes learning new music faster and more enjoyable. I’m very experienced in working with students who love to play around the campfire or dive into blues styles. Together, we develop your aural skills so you can pick out melodies and improvise with ease. My lessons are interactive and practical, encouraging you to listen closely and trust your ears. With consistent practice, you’ll improve your musical memory and recognition. I support every step of your progress, ensuring you build these skills steadily and confidently. Soon, you’ll find yourself playing songs just by listening. This approach opens the door to greater freedom and creativity on the guitar.
