About Shuayb
I wish to teach the Qur’an as a form of sadaqah jariyah, following the example of my own teacher. My journey began at a young age in Bahrain, where I started my hifdh at Dar al Iman. After moving to the UK, I completed my tajweed in Leicester before joining Darul Uloom from Year 7 to 11. There, I studied aqaaid, tajweed, basic Islamic knowledge, and seerah. I aim to share this knowledge with sincerity and help students strengthen their recitation and connection to the Qur’an.

My lessons follow the sabaq, sabaq sipara, and dohr structure. Each session begins with reciting the new Qur’an you have learnt (sabaq), followed by revising approximately a quarter of the previous portion (sabaq sipara). The dohr will be tailored to how much you have memorised and how well you retain it, ensuring steady progress and strong revision habits.
