I'm not sure I understand the question here, but is it significant
that 6 x 7 = 42?

If you calculate 6 x 7 x 7 x 7 x 9 (or get your calculator to do it) you should get 18522. Then you can divide by 42 to give 441 and then look for a small factor of 441.
