About Matthew
Hi there, I am Matthew and I have been playing, studying, and performing music of all kinds for 10+ years. I am an enigmatic and amicable person whose greatest joy in life is to share in my love of music with others. I believe as musicians, we have a very important responsibility to pass on our knowledge, wisdom, and skills to other keen individuals, this way the musical world can stay fresh and ever changing with new ideas, sounds and personalities being cultivated with every lesson. I have always been taught music such that musical expression is at the forefront of each lesson. It is because of this that I am the player I am today. I look forward to meeting you and to making music together.

My lessons provide a holistic approach to instrumental learning, putting expression, technique, and general musicianship together in equal measure. Each lesson aims to give students that spark of inspiration, curiosity, and joy that propelled me, when I was a learner, to want to practise and delve deep into the vast world of music. Lessons can be for all ages, for all levels. Bring your instrument and your ears and we are bound for a good time. Lessons either 30 or 60 mins.
