About Louise
I am a passion, fun, hardworking and professional swimming teacher. I believe loving swimming is always the first step to becoming good at swimming. Swimming is a huge part of my life and I want to pass on my knowledge and love to others.

Do you have your own pool or access to one? I provide private swimming lessons to a mixture of ages and abilities. Lessons run for 30 minutes but this can be adapted if needed. I have experience with children with SEN and physical disabilities as well as children and adults that are fearful of the water. Lessons usually run with a warm up, main lesson, skill and a fun end to the lesson. I believe a love for swimming is so important. I concentrate on submersion and flotation first and have come to understand over the years that being comfortable just floating and putting ones face in the water is the foundation for everything else in terms of swimming development.
