About Patrick
As mentioned earlier, I am an online tutor for English and French. What I didn't mention is that I'm a passionate learner and self-taught French speaker. I learned the language in preparation for my A-Level French exams, where I achieved an A* grade. This experience ignited my love for the language and Francophone culture, which has only grown over time.
My passion for French literature led me to become a delegate in the international Francophone literature competition, the Choix Goncourt. It was an incredible experience to be a part of such a prestigious event and to connect with people from all over the world who share my love for French literature.
I'm excited to share my language skills and passion for learning with others through tutoring. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced learner, I'm here to help you reach your language goals and share in the joy of language learning.

Hi there! My name is Patrick and I am an online tutor for English and French. I am currently in my penultimate year at the University of Oxford, where I am studying English and French Literature
I have always had a passion for languages and love sharing my knowledge with others. As a tutor, I am patient, friendly and dedicated to helping my students achieve their goals. Whether you are looking to improve your speaking, writing, reading or listening skills, I am here to help.
My teaching style is flexible and tailored to each individual student's needs, although usually, my lessons are 50- 60 minutes long. I believe that learning a language should be fun, engaging and interactive, which is why I incorporate a variety of activities and resources into my lessons.
