About Nimrata
I am passionate about the English language and literature, especially after studying it for over 13 years at various different levels. I had an assistant teacher/support teacher for children ages 4-8 for 3 years, and have enjoyed working with all kinds of people and loved learning from them as well as teaching them along the way. I have also been a support teacher for other subjects along the way, for example in the Arts and in Sports, but I find that the journey you go on when learning a language is the most exciting as you delve deeper and deeper into the subject; working with younger children is what makes the experience even better, as you watch them gain a passion for the topic and improve their capabilities.

I am a collaborative and patient tutor willing to slowly build up from topics which the student is more comfortable with into more challenging and complex areas.
Lessons are for younger children in (early) primary school, and each lesson is aimed to be targeted and efficient but also relaxed.
From my previous experiences as an assistant/ support teacher, I have gained insight into how to engage students, especially younger children, and help them in the long term. I encourage students to take risks and experience growth after making mistakes in order to learn from them and develop their ways of thinking and interact with the content/ subject more confidently.
