About Lucy
Hello! My name is Lucy, and I'm a singing teacher based in Newcastle Upon Tyne with over 10 years experience singing, performing and teaching a variety of musical styles. My goal is to help you build confidence in your voice and give you the skills necessary for your singing and natural musicality to flourish. Everyone has the potential to sing brilliantly, and my expertise will allow you to find your own individual sound ans voice.
I am classically trained, having started singing lessons at the age of 12, and working my way through ABRSM grades, achieving a distinction at grade 8. I graduated from Newcastle university with a degree in music, and over the years have taught with school choirs, hosted community music events for children, taught individual adult students, hosted events in Opera translation, and more.
